Who's the photographer and who's the videographer?

We're both! With the marvellous evolution of the world of photography and video, we both have cameras that do both photography and video, and since we each have two cameras, we're always interchanging between photography and video. It sounds difficult, but we've been doing it together for over 10 years - it's called hybrid shooting.
What is your style?

Our approach is documentary in nature, and we believe in not interfering with the natural flow of the day. We aim to blend in seamlessly, allowing moments to unfold organically.
We value closeness and connection with our couples, wanting you to feel our presence not as vendors, but as guests and friends sharing your wedding day. It is from this trust and comfort that the most genuine moments arise.
Do you also take group/family photos?

Yes, absolutely. Capturing the people who mean the most to you is such a special part of your wedding story, and something we truly cherish. We often suggest keeping family groupings to a small, thoughtful number—especially if you’d love to include one or two editorial-style group portraits, as these naturally take a little more time to create.
This allows the day to unfold with ease, leaving plenty of space for relaxed, natural moments and your portraits—the images you’ll return to, display in your home, and treasure for years to come.
What happens if your camera breaks? Do you have back up equipment?

We always come prepared with backup equipment to ensure seamless coverage of your day. During the event, we use two cameras and multiple lenses, and we also have a spare camera body and additional lenses on standby. This way, in the unlikely event of any technical issue, we’re fully equipped to continue capturing your precious moments without interruption—so you can enjoy your day with complete peace of mind.
Do you work with drone?

Yes, we always carry the drone.
Is there a time limit to the coverage?

All packages are priced to a maximum of 10 hours.
Are the photos edited?

Yes, all photos are edited one by one and saved as high resolution JPEG.
What can we expect from the wedding videos?

Video has a completely different creative language from photography. While our photographic approach is based on photo reportage—capturing what naturally unfolds throughout the day—film is deeply inspired by emotion, rhythm, and storytelling. For this reason, your presence, energy, and participation are fundamental to the final result.
Throughout the day, there are moments that are uniquely yours, music that you have chosen, and emotions that can never be repeated. It is your story and your day that inspire us when we edit the films and carefully select the soundtrack.
Music creates harmony between the right image and the right emotion. Because of the creative process involved and music copyright considerations, we kindly ask you to trust our artistic vision, knowing and respecting our editing style, which is always guided by authenticity, sensitivity, and care.
How are pictures and videos delivered?

The edited pictures are delivered through a private online gallery, where you can freely download and relive your memories whenever you wish. The gallery also allows you to order printed photographs, albums, thank-you cards, and other keepsakes, delivered directly to your home through our carefully selected suppliers.
We know how important it is to be able to return to these moments again and again. For that reason, we make an extra effort to keep your photo gallery available indefinitely, so your memories are always there whenever you want to revisit them.
The final videos are delivered via a dedicated gallery link, available for download and sharing for one year, all in beautiful 4K resolution—so you can experience the emotion of your day just as vividly as it was lived.
What are the delivery times for pictures and videos?

The photos are delivered until 90 days after the wedding. Videos are delivered 6 months after the pictures.
How do we book you?

A contract is sent to you and the fulfillment of this together with the payment of the deposit (40%) reserves our commitment for your day.
Why do I have to pay the deposit?

The payment of the deposit guarantees the reservation of the wedding date. Once the deposit is received, Mémorelle commits to exclusivity and will not accept another wedding on the same date.
For weddings held more than 100 km from Lisbon, Mémorelle further agrees not to accept weddings on the day immediately before or after the reserved date, ensuring maximum security, availability, and dedication to the couple.
What happens if you are ill?

We have always been present for every wedding we’ve been part of, and it’s deeply important to us to be there for you on your day. In the extremely rare event that we could not attend, we have a trusted network of exceptional photographers and videographers who can step in at short notice. This ensures your celebration is still captured with the same care, attention, and heart, so you can relax and enjoy your day knowing your memories are in safe hands.
When will we get in touch again once the day is booked?

We are always available whenever you need us or have any questions. Around 15 days before the wedding, we will send you a form to fill out with the details of the day, allowing us to align the schedule and flow of events.
Even though we are always attentive and capture everything naturally, there are often special moments or important details that are best shared in advance, especially when it comes to timings.
